Job Bank

The Artist Job Bank is an online classifieds bank serving all arts disciplines. This free Internet tool will connect arts-related organizations with artists, interns, volunteers and potential employees. This unique human resource tool is specific to the arts industry and allows organizations to:

  • Target and recruit a diverse group of art-related individuals
  • Create postings of all types: employment, internship and call for artist (artist opportunities)
  • Receive resumes by e-mail
  • Manage their postings by making changes, additions or deletions
  • Review and change their account status

Opportunity seekers have access to a centralized easy to search database of art-related employment, internship, volunteer and artist opportunities that can be searched by:

  • Arts discipline and sub-categories within each discipline
  • Geographic locations
  • Descriptive keywords
  • Job type

There are over nine states and organizations that use the Arts Job Bank, among them the North Carolina Arts Council and the Southern Arts Federation.

If you are interested in how the Arts Job Bank system functions, please contact Brad Stephenson at 412-268-3695 or bstephenson@cmu.edu to schedule an online Terminal Server demonstration session of Arts Job Bank.

The price for an Arts Job bank system consists of:

  • Cost of initial setup and customization
  • Annual fees for Technical Support and Hosting

The cost of initial setup and customization of the Arts Job Bank system is based on the time it will take to implement the agency's specific requirements and our hourly fees. For more information on our hourly pricing information please contact CAMT or review our Pricing Policy.

The technical support and hosting fees are flat annual fees that are charged at the beginning of each calendar year except for the first year when the new system is opened to the public.
