| Standard Application
and Review Module Setup
CAMT’s standard CueRate application, which will accommodate most Fellowship programs, includes
fields for collecting basic information about applicants such as name, contact
information and artist statements, as well as the ability for artists to upload
images or other media files. Standard CueRate graphics includes the
organization’s logo in the header of each page, and simple Web forms with
standard colors and layout. CAMT can also “skin” the application in your
graphics, to match your organization’s Web branding for an additional fee.
The panel review interface consists of a moderator work
station connected via the Internet to digital projectors and a series of
panelist work stations. At the end of each scoring round the moderator can
quickly sort artists based on various scoring criteria and seamlessly advance
selected artists to the next round. All media files will be hosted on CAMT
servers until the application closes, at which point the files will be sent to
the administering organization on a DVD or external hard drive. One-Time Setup Fee: $5,000
Panel Review License
Fee A CueRate licensee can use either its operating budget or
its program budget to determine the annual license fee. Organizations using a
program-based license would be charged an annual fee for each program, while
organizations using an operating-based license would have the option of adding
multiple programs at no additional annual cost. The following outlines the annual license fee
schedule for both license structures:
